Kei te haere mai te tau hou me ngaa kaupapa hou, hei whakamana i te wairua me te mauri o Te Taamatatanga o Pukekohekohe. Kua whakahiihia e maaua he kaakahu kura e whakaata ana i ngaa tikanga Maaori, te aahua rangatira, me te ngaa waka o te hunga taiohi.
As we begin the new year, we are proud to introduce kura uniforms that reflect the mana of our kura and unite our aakonga as one waka. Below are the details for the uniforms to ensure our aakonga are ready to represent our kaupapa with pride.
Ngaa Kaakahu: Uniform Options
To ensure our aakonga are fully prepared, they will need two sets of polos for the year. The green polos represent the daily rhythm of kura life and will be worn during school time throughout the year. The black polos (number 1’s) symbolise mana and will be worn for kaupapa events, representing our kura with pride, and for travel purposes.
Kaakahu Raumati/Hootoke (Summer/Winter Uniform)
Top: Green polo shirt with the school logo.
Bottoms: (Tama) black cargo shorts, black trousers, (Kotiro) black skirts.
Outerwear: A black jacket with the school logo.
Shoes / Sandals: Black
Kaakahu Whakamaana (Number 1’s)
Top: Black polo shirt with the school logo.
Bottoms: (Tama) black trousers, (Kotiro) black skirts.
Outerwear: A black jacket with the school logo.
Shoes: Black
Usage: Number 1’s will be worn for kaupapa events, representing our kura, and for travel purposes.
Taahuhu Hoko: Purchasing Details
Polo shirts and jackets: Available exclusively from our official uniform supplier - Custom Threadz.
Shorts, trousers, and skirts: These can be conveniently purchased from The Warehouse or Postie Plus to provide you with flexible options.
